We got off to a rocky start due to another agent from Keller Williams. Jeff came prepared to salvage the strange start. He came with a great plan to market our house. We put the effort in to totally stage and clear the house out so it would be move in ready. I must say we made it look like a show home so the team effort with Jeff and Lisa produced 8 offers in three days. We are under contract for substantially more than asking due to Jeff's marketing and negotiation plan. I recommend Jeff and Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Denver area.
